    Did you stay within your nutritional goals?no
    Did I reach today's personal goal? no
    What did I do today that I am proud of? push-ups & dips, ate out and planned in advance what to order.
    What would I have done differently? not had the Tall Cinnamon Dulce Iced Latte from Starbucks. Hubby caught me in a weak moment.
    What are tomorrow's personal goals?stay low in calories & exercise.

    Mon - Rest day
    Tues - back exercises, push-ups, dips, DVD - Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout
    Wednes -- none...
    Th - push-ups & dips
    F - back exercises
    Sat - push-ups & dips

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Don't know didn't track last night's dinner but it was on target.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Don't know
    What would I have done differently? Actually I did pretty good just didn't record it.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got 53 mins of exercise in.
    What is today's personal goals? Keep planning ahead and strategize. Keep exercising.

    Mon- Biking 30 mins.
    Tues - Leslie Sasone walking DVD 2 miles 30 mins. + 20 mins biking
    Wed.- Started cleaning my house upstairs but got interrupted with life.
    Thurs - Cleaned my SIL's house for 4 hours while she is in the hospital
    Fri - Cleaned my house
    Sat- Leslie Sasone Walking DVD 2 miles 33 mins. + 20 mins biking
    Sun- REST DAY

    Back at it tomorrow.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went to the Celtics game with my husband, BIL and SIL
    What would I have done differently? nothing - clearly had an off day but a great week - AHHH the cannoli from the North End was a lovely splurge - :drinker:
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, and went for a 2.5 mile walk

    Mon - 3.5 mile walk
    Tues - 40 mins elliptical
    Wed - 40 mins elliptical
    Thurs - 40 mins elliptical
    Fri - 50 mins elliptical
    Sat -
    Sun- 2 mile walk

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't eat late night. Worked 12 hours (12 hours of income!)

    What would I have done differently? Gotten up earlier. Eaten lunch and eaten the dinner I had planned.

    What is today's personal goals? Stick with my meal plan as I committed it, don't substitute. Don't eat late night. Don't get discouraged. Wash the kitchen floor.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a walk, didn't go way over on calories +170
    What would I have done differently? not go over and go for a longer walk. I forgot my inhaler so I had to cut it short because I couldn't breathe. Come on SpRiNg!!
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, and YOGA!!! I can't wait. My yoga instructor is back after a couple of months off. Not a huge calorie burn but not bad strengthening and not bad for my mental well being.

    Going to continue to stay on track this week!! :drinker:

    What would I have done differently? skipped the hashbrowns for lunch
    What is today's personal goals? eat in balance every meal/snack , stay low carb, step or body pump tonight

    Tues - 60 minutes step
    Wed - rest
    Thurs - 60 minutes step
    Fri - 60 minutes step
    Sat - 60 minutes step, 40 minutes body pump
