    I totally got home late last night from classes and did not log in at all to post! from the previous day, the day was bad for me I made bad choices, ate fast food and went over my calories for the day. But yesterday was a new day and it went well!

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set one because I didn't post
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I was very productive with my time, and took snacks to class so I was not super hungry when I came home.
    What would I have done differently? Eat more balanced meals throughout the day
    What is today's personal goals? I have a TON of chores that need to get done around the apartment that I have neglected to get done for about a week and a half now, I WILL get them done today.

    Mon - Stayed withing my Nutritional goals, and stayed active around the house
    Tues - I played a game of fetch with my dog before class, and when I got home
    Wed - blah
    Thurs - stayed under calorie intake

    Tues - One hour Pilates reformer class
    Wed - 25 mins. Leslie Sasone Walking DVD Muscle Mile and HIIT intervals.
    Thurs - 20 mins Leslie Sasone Walking DVD and 20 mins bike
    Fri- 20 mins Leslie Sasone Walking DVD plus 20 mins bike
    Sat- Chilling out today

    Last night we went out for dinner with some friends and family and I had a piece of fish, small salad with dressing
    on the side and one beer. I had not had a beer for 21 days since I have been on this eating plan. I got on the
    scale and I lost. Yahoo! I can eat out and still lose. It all depends on what you order.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Walked for 25 min on the treadmill

    What would I have done differently? Other then having more time on the treadmill no

    What is today's personal goals? Put in another good workout, and keep thinking positive.

    Hubby is out of town this week and cracked for something like junk food. I could have done worse I guess.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Still continuing my program of eating healthy
    What would I have done differently? Not had the popcorn because of the sodium
    What is today's personal goals? Drink 10 oz of water, track food, exercise, KEEP MOVING!

    Wed -Today is cleaning day using that as calories burned

    Not good the last 3 days.
    I did go to doctor & had meds changed. I am to decrease the intensity of my workouts. Getting heart rate up too high & sustaining it that way is not good. Also, if meds don't help the ringing ears & dizziness... next step is ENT. Heart is fine. bp up a little. lots of testing done. Won't know all results for a few days.Difficult to shake the athlete mentality of "Push it and Push yourself!" and "You CAN DO it!"

    Linda: Thanks for letting us know about your heart rate. I guess a high rate is not good all time.
    I hope you start to feel better soon. Keep us informed how you are doing.
    There are some people on this site that go all out with exercise. I guess we just have to listen
    to our bodies.
