    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Still on program and back on track. Also took my MIL for lunch.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Drink 10 oz of water, track food, exercise, KEEP MOVING!

    Mon- 20 mins. Leslie Sasone and 20 mins bike
    Tues - 60 mins. Pilates class
    Wed -Today is cleaning day using that as calories burned
    Thurs - 30 mins biking

    What would I have done differently? Not had the french fries but I did plan for it.

    Wed -Today is cleaning day using that as calories burned
    Thurs - 30 mins biking
    Fri- 20 mins. Leslie Sasone Muscle Mile and 20 mins. biking
    Sat- 20 mins shoveling snow,we got 6 inches last night of lake effect snow. :ohwell:

    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories and the elliptical

    Last week - a great week of exercise IMO :-)
    Mon - elliptical 35 mins
    Tues - elliptical 35 mins
    Wed -stationary bike 25, stepper 15
    Thurs - 1 mile swim

    Sun- 60 minutes elliptical

    Even after pizza and wings and a couple beers I weighed this morning and stayed the same.:drinker:
    Good start to my next weigh in on Friday.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed up and watched Super Bowl
    What would I have done differently? We had pizza and wings while watching the game.

    Last week - A good week, but under stress
    Mon - 70 min chair class,very challenging
    Tues - Qigong and cleaning
    Wed -20 min walk and 70 min chair class
    Thurs - 40 min treadmill and eliptical
    Fri -20 min walk
    Sat - house cleaning
    Sun- 20 min walk

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ordered broccoli with my sandwich instead of French fries
    What would I have done differently? track, check in and not eat the entire sandwich at dinner. Should have had the waitress bring a doggie bag at the beginning.
