What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did a leg workout that was hard but I did it anyway!!!!
What would I have done differently? Nothing because I cleaned too so I am two times happy

I'm still in Memphis, TN. My husband, daughter & dog joined me last Friday. My in-laws are doing good as can be at this time. I wish that I could just stay here for a few more weeks because it will be so hard for them after everyone leaves. I'd like to stay here until my MIL can drive, again.
Today, I am going with my Mom to eye doctor. She is having a problem that is affecting her driving and I am worried about her... This is our 3rd visit. I hope that they request that she have an MRI.
My husband goes back home, today. (Not sure about my sweet dog). My son and his girlfriend will be arriving today.
We will all be heading back home, soon.
I'm so glad that there is a new Winter thread. I need to get stronger with determination, will-power, etc.
I don't even want to weigh on the scale.
I hope that y'all are having a nice holiday season.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for 15-20 minute walk
What would I have done differently? Only have 1 piece of fried chicken instead of 3 and NO french fries.. Don't ever go to Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken. It is too yummy!
What is today's personal goals? Smaller portions!!! More water (6-8 8 oz. glasses), some sort of exercise even if just 5 minutes.

I probably won't enter anything until tomorrow. Trying to get back to normal around here.
Dinners, company and house is all in disarray. I hope to be back soon. I am throwing all
treats out and ice cream and freezing any chocolate I can find.
I am starting a new diet the first week of January so kind of coasting right now until after
New Year's. Have not weighed in yet and will probably try tomorrow.

Well I am making an effort to get back on here. Still coasting my weight but did
weigh in this week. Lots of work to be done next week to start losing again.
Will be changing ticker weight to reality and starting again. I have my goal of
Florida vacation in March and Germany in July. Great motivators.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Moved a lot entertaining everyone who walked in the door but no good sweating work-out or walk
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate yucky and still stayed under or close. Hard to say on "grazing" days!

Everyone is coming home, daughter#3 home from visiting boyfriend in Canada with him staying over for a couple days, daughter#2 home with SIL from week in Florida, Grandma for the night. Trying get myself activated!! On to the elliptical!

Starting The Digest Diet today day 1 - 4 nothing but shakes and soup and one snack to flush out the system
