    Starting The Digest Diet today day 1 - 4 nothing but shakes and soup and one snack to flush out the system
    This plan goes for 21 days. Then on day 5 it changes. I will keep you informed how it is going through the month.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yesterday --No
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Rested no exercise
    What would I have done differently? Started back on track yesterday instead of today
    What is today's personal goals? Drink 10 oz of water, track food, exercise, KEEP MOVING!

    Mon- 30 mins biking
    Tues - Rested no exercise
    Wed - 30 mins biking
    Thurs - Mostly walking going shopping with a friend

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Beside the elliptical I did a few push-ups and squats. (Felt those this morning!)
    What would I have done differently? 1 less glass of wine
    What is today's personal goals? Clear sidewalk, stack wood, get ready for family dinner

    What would I have done differently? also ignored the chocolate covered toffee - but I only had a smidgeon
