    Mon- Strength training 25 mins DVD Annie Lee
    Tues - One hour Pilates class
    Wed - 30 mins biking turbo trainer
    Thurs - 35 mins walk
    Fri - So busy no exercise
    Sat- Boat show with friends with alot of walking 10,000 steps
    Sun- Relaxing day

    This is the last day for Fade Away Phase 2 of the Digest Diet. Tomorrow I will start
    Day 16 of Feeling Strong Phase 3. This goes until Day 21.

    What would I have done differently? went out to eat and ate the whole sandwich - should have boxed half to take home. Didn't order fries but had a few of my husbands. I've been trying to stay away from fried food - I caved!! :grumble:

    Tues - One hour Pilates class
    Wed - Cleaning the upstairs and using my pedometer to record my steps
    Thurs - 30 mins biking with interval biking for 1-2 mins at a fast speed

    Elbee: yes I feel better today, my chiropractor thinks it might be from the
    cholesterol meds which I was taking. It may have tighened up my muscles which
    cholesterol meds will do. So I am off of them again. I have tried several kinds
    but my body just can't seem to handle it.

    celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday and went out for dinner.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Don't know didn't weigh in this morning we stayed overnight.

    What would I have done differently? Nothing
