What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I felt good - like my head is getting back into it for the long haul. I was looking for a kick in the butt...LOL. I was looking for the book written by the doctor on the Biggest Loser but I ended up reading Bob Harper's The Skinny Rules. 100 pages of rules and the rest was menu\recipe items.
He say's "Let's treat this as an adventure. You're going somewhere great!" - Love this!

Its called The Thin Commandments. I am on Chapter 5 now and am still getting some great pointers.
I am reading now about mood eating and stress eating. I think we can all relate to this.

Mentally I feel like I am back in the race. I am reading up on the subject of weight loss. Right now I am reading The Thin Commandments...Thanks Shirley! The second book I have lined up is Where did all the fat go? It seems to be helping me with getting my eating under control and not going back to the same bad eating habits after a week. 3 years ago I was down 30lbs and by going back to my old ways I gained it all back. This time I hope to break the cycle.
