Fri - back exercises & 45 minute Turbo Jam DVD - Cardio Party
Sat - back exercises & push-ups, Turbo Jam 20 Minute Work Out DVD, Turbo Jam Ab Jam DVD (also 20 minutes)

Hi everyone, my name is Andrea. I have been trying to lose weight for awhile now on MFP and really need a support group like you all to help me keep myself accountable!! I love the Daily check in's. I am currently trying to lose 50 pounds so that I can get out of the 200 lb range. I look forward to speaking with you all in coming weeks : )

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? a five mile walk
What would I have done differently? I am so bad at tracking on weekends. I am good during the week and weekends come and all bets are off. FRUSTRATING!!!
What is today's personal goals? check in, the elliptical and track calories

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Day 19 Digest Diet Finish Strong Phase 3
What would I have done differently? Nothing
What is today's personal goals? Drink 10 oz of water, track food, exercise, KEEP MOVING!
Mon- 30 mins biking turbo trainer interval biking for 1-2 mins at a fast speed
Tues - One hour Pilates class
Wed - Cleaning the upstairs and using my pedometer to record my steps
Thurs - 30 mins biking with interval biking for 1-2 mins at a fast speed
Fri- Errands and appts today so no exercise. Also my back is hurting and went to the chiroprator.
Sat- Another rest day for my back

What is today's personal goals? Today I have a TON of homework tonight, so I am going to really push myself to NOT snack or eat anything after 8pm tonight. This is a really bad habit for me.

This is the last of of my 21 Day Digest Diet eating plan. I will continue back to Phase 2 and Phase 3 until I reach my goal.0 -

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I've never been known to watch the biggest loser but for the past couple of weeks we've (husband, daughter and I) been watching it. I've been trying not to make my 12 year old daughter crazy about eating and healthy lifestyle (not weight!!) but I have been bringing different things to her attention (chicken with her carbs, snack on cheese, not chips, invite her to the Y with me.) We both have a membership but I try to go at lunchtime. She already dances 4+ hours a week... Last night after watching the show she asked me if we could go to the Y swimming on Thursday nights. I was shocked! Please note: I hate swimming in the winter. I think the high for Thurs is 12degrees. I swam competitively for 8 years...LOL. Of course I said "that is a great idea". She thinks we should alternate, one week - pool, other week - elliptical, bike, treadmill. WOW! I will make sure to follow through. This is great for both of us!!! Maybe I will stop gaining :explode:
What would I have done differently? log all my calories last night and not finish logging this morning
What is today's personal goals? check in and track calories. Taking the day off from exercise - not feeling 100%.

What is today's personal goals? Today I am in class ( actually in the Library right now, I have classes on Tuesday's and Thursdays) this pretty much takes up the bulk of my day these days. I will NOT binge on food when I come home.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I didn't raid the fridge right when I got home from my classes, this is a big deal for me as I start to break my bad habits
What would I have done differently? I had yummy fish tacos yesterday, but instead of frying them, maybe grill them instead
What is today's personal goals? I have already made horrible food choices today (went to fast food)...I am going to make sure that the rest of my food choices are nutritional and healthy, and make sure that I stay within my calorie intake goal.
