    One hard boiled egg, a fat-free Fage greek yogurt, and packet of original oatmeal with fruit. About 350 cals, but I don't eat then until 1p or so.

    Tortillas, egg, a bit of cheese, green pepers, tomatos and onions... so yummy!

    3/4 of an apple sauteed in 1 tsp of coconut oil with 1 tbsp of raw, unsalted almond butter paired with a cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1 scoop of protein powder--270 cals and kept me satiated for 5 hours (a record for me).

    Breakfast is my big meal of the day. I had an omelet made with 1/2 cup liquid eggs (50 cal), 1/6 cup shredded cheddar cheese (45 cal), and 1 tbsp Real Bacon Bits (30 cal), along with 2 slices of 35 cal bread with 1 tbsp low sugar grape jelly, and 1 hash brown patty (130 cal) with 1 tbsp ketchup (20 cal) for a total of 375 calories.
