Breakfast is my big meal of the day. I had an omelet made with 1/2 cup liquid eggs (50 cal), 1/6 cup shredded cheddar cheese (45 cal), and 1 tbsp Real Bacon Bits (30 cal), along with 2 slices of 35 cal bread with 1 tbsp low sugar grape jelly, and 1 hash brown patty (130 cal) with 1 tbsp ketchup (20 cal) for a total of 375 calories.0

I like to get most of my calories in the morning but we need to go shopping so I didn't have as much today.
My typical breakfast however is a mound of veg, fruit, yogurt and some form of straight carbs like cereal or crackers. It typically puts me around 500cals.
This morning it was leftovers-guacamole and a handful of organic tortilla chips coming it at roughly 200cals.0 -
