Just started this today have had a nice soak in the bath as aching
especially my legs. Want to tone up ready for my holiday in march

Here's how I accidentally started 30-Day Shred last night: I started drinking a glass of wine and decided to preview 30 Day Shred on Amazon video. I accidentally clicked purchase instead or previewing it (only $4.99 for all three levels!). Then I decided to just watch it to see what it is since I now own it. I felt lazy just watching. So I got up to try it and before I knew it I had done the first level. 29 days to go, I guess!0

Just finished up day seven, level one today. This is the longest I've ever stayed with it! I usually quit after a couple days. I haven't noticed any changes yet but after hearing all of your results, I'm confident I will!0

Finished Day 2 of Level 1 last night, it was a little easier but I am definitely hurting today!
No pain no gain, right?
I did gain a pound but not too worried about it right now, muscle weighs more than fat! Got to build muscle to lose the fat, right? :happy:0 -
I'm about to do day two of level one today.I am on a mission
so between 4 & 430 the front room is no go territory.
The TV is mine!!
Not aching too much after day 1 tops of legs and arms a
little and stomach depending how I move so quite looking
forward to it today.
I think the soak in the bath afterwards helped :-))0 -

Weight – 218 --> 199.6
bust – 41 --> 39
chest – 35 --> 34
hips – 46 --> 43
waist – 42.5 --> 40
legs – 27 --> 26
calves – 18 --> 18
upper arms – 14 --> 13.5
forearms – 11 --> 11
And I am feeling much leaner and meaner!
I did the program for 6 weeks. M-F. Each level for 2 weeks (Still 10 days)0 -
Congrats on losing 112 pounds. That's awesome. I am doing 30-Day and had been doing it on the weekends, too. This weekend I didn't and I was curious about how it would work if I did it five days a week, instead of seven. Good to see that routine worked for someone; hopefully me, too.0

You can see my before and after in my profile picture. I am pretty proud seeing as love-handles have always been such a big self esteem reducer for me. But now they are disappearing before my eyes, awwwyeah.0

We have approx the same body shape...and lots of tatts to match lol. But this is what I am hoping for, not caring as much about pounds as I am about inches/strength/tone. You look GREAT!0 -
