I love this! When I over indulge, I tend to starve myself the next morning and then binge later in the day! This has been nothing but setting myself to fail. I will pay attention to how much I eat, every bite. When I feel satisfied, not full, I will STOP!

just for today, I too will focus on how far I have come, not where I was or my ultimate weight as this can easily become just as much of a problem as that cake was for you.
and today I did eat a cookie, baked by me for our son with gluten and other issues, enjoyed the cookie, did not feel guilty about having a cookie and counted the calories and fat grams to make sure that it fits nicely into my daily allotment.
