    And no cupcakes?

Well at least these are okay, they’re just strawberries right?

I don't understand why you all are being so supportive of the OP. He provided you with an article from the internet that is filled with extremely useful FACTS. Why do you all have to hate!?!

OP, good luck on your journey and please ignore all of the haters.

    fixed it for you

    Nah... meant unsupportive.

lol. oops, missed that one. At least it is clear that these are FACTS, though. Sooo many broken sarcasm meters

Thank you both for your support and for your clarification that this article is indeed obviously a list of FACTS, not just some random-guy-on-the-internet's opinion.

May you find your own unceasing supply of motivations and supports for your own Journeys...

...(as seemingly endless as that wheel in the sky that keeps on turning.)

    i do not understand.

it says no salted nuts, nor smoked nuts. what about unsalted, unsmoked nuts?

What about salted AND smoked nuts?

    the plot, it thickens.

You two seem very fixated on this particular item.

Did you not even read the other equally important things on that factual list of facts?

I did, but they were irrelevant to my interests.

Funny, I didn't see 'lead paint chips', 'slimy green meat', 'your neighbor's wife', or 'things out of the cat box' anywhere on that list, and they are among the few actual things people need to STOP EATING RIGHT NOW

Most other things are fine in moderation. And FYI if you post lists such as this, poorly supported by actual scientific evidence, over-simplified, and unnecessarily absolute, you're going to have a bad time.

That neighbor's wife part is subjective, and open to interpretation. ;)

burgers ...really? I get the french fries part, but if you get the lean hambruger meat it is high in protein and pretty low in fat content...wrap a piece of lettuce arond it and you can go low carb...

and no bacon or pork WTF?

I eat burgers ..sometimes..I eat bacon and pork ...my body fat has gone from 16 to 13% ...

I think you need to balance what you are eating with making sure you are in caloric deficit..

and to the honey comment..what do you think is better..one tbsp of honey in your tea or a packet of refined sugar? At least honey is natural...

Could not be arsed to read all the posts so this may have been said....but you forgot milk....that stuff is terrible - it is unnatural and will turn you into a 500lb heifer.

I think it would be easier to simply list only what you should eat.

    Whole grains
    Fresh fruits
    Fresh vegetables
    Lean meats
    Water
    Occasional packaged or processed food

    There... much less negative.

Hey, I didn't write it. I just copied it from an article full of facts that I thought might be helpful. Sure, not everyone will find it helpful, because some special snowflakes can eat whatever foods they want and never gain weight, but regular people might find the answers they're looking for in this list.

Geesh, some people are so mean.

Thumper's father has a few words of wisdom for some of you. I blame your parents.

the internet also told me my last date was a super model....that one turned out to be false...
