The foods you must STOP EATING RIGHT NOW...

So wait, you didn’t really mean no moonshine, right?
And no cupcakes?
Well at least these are okay, they’re just strawberries right?
And the wine, well it makes me this excited and happy (I mean, just look at all the happy!):
Besides he made me do it anyway:
At any rate, I can’t hear you over all the funs I’m having.

I don't understand why you all are being so supportive of the OP. He provided you with an article from the internet that is filled with extremely useful FACTS. Why do you all have to hate!?!
OP, good luck on your journey and please ignore all of the haters.
fixed it for you
Nah... meant unsupportive.
lol. oops, missed that one. At least it is clear that these are FACTS, though. Sooo many broken sarcasm meters
Thank you both for your support and for your clarification that this article is indeed obviously a list of FACTS, not just some random-guy-on-the-internet's opinion.
May you find your own unceasing supply of motivations and supports for your own Journeys...
...(as seemingly endless as that wheel in the sky that keeps on turning.)0 -
i do not understand.
it says no salted nuts, nor smoked nuts. what about unsalted, unsmoked nuts?
What about salted AND smoked nuts?
the plot, it thickens.
You two seem very fixated on this particular item.
Did you not even read the other equally important things on that factual list of facts?
I did, but they were irrelevant to my interests.0 -
I'm confused. I went to the website you posted and read the article and clicked the link for the foods I can eat...and ham is on the list of foods I can eat AND on the list of food I can't eat.

You can have my coffee when you pry it out of my cold dead fingers.0

Thanks for the handy, printable shopping list! You saved me some time writing all this stuff down for myself!
I think I love you.0 -

Funny, I didn't see 'lead paint chips', 'slimy green meat', 'your neighbor's wife', or 'things out of the cat box' anywhere on that list, and they are among the few actual things people need to STOP EATING RIGHT NOW
Most other things are fine in moderation. And FYI if you post lists such as this, poorly supported by actual scientific evidence, over-simplified, and unnecessarily absolute, you're going to have a bad time.0 -
That's not going to happen.0
-
I don't mind giving up deserts, the sand gets stuck in my teeth.0
-
Oh brother. Everything in moderation.0
-
Might as well just live on meal replacements then - no thanks0

That neighbor's wife part is subjective, and open to interpretation.0 -
burgers ...really? I get the french fries part, but if you get the lean hambruger meat it is high in protein and pretty low in fat content...wrap a piece of lettuce arond it and you can go low carb...
and no bacon or pork WTF?
I eat burgers ..sometimes..I eat bacon and pork ...my body fat has gone from 16 to 13% ...
I think you need to balance what you are eating with making sure you are in caloric deficit..
and to the honey comment..what do you think is better..one tbsp of honey in your tea or a packet of refined sugar? At least honey is natural...0 -
Could not be arsed to read all the posts so this may have been said....but you forgot milk....that stuff is terrible - it is unnatural and will turn you into a 500lb heifer.0
-
I think it would be easier to simply list only what you should eat.
Whole grains
Fresh fruits
Fresh vegetables
Lean meats
Water
Occasional packaged or processed food
There... much less negative.0 -

Maybe if everyone here wasn't so mean and unsupportive, I wouldn't have a bad time.0 -

Hey, I didn't write it. I just copied it from an article full of facts that I thought might be helpful. Sure, not everyone will find it helpful, because some special snowflakes can eat whatever foods they want and never gain weight, but regular people might find the answers they're looking for in this list.
Geesh, some people are so mean.
Thumper's father has a few words of wisdom for some of you. I blame your parents.
the internet also told me my last date was a super model....that one turned out to be false...0 -

Sugar isn't natural??0 -
Oh my that's a big list...I love pickles..is it because of the salt....0

Sugar isn't natural??
if it is straight from sugar cane then yes...but if it is processed or refined then no...0 -
This list is redundant as biscuits would fall under the umbrella of the previously listed "All baked goods made with white flour"0

Fighting words!!!!0

This thread is ignorant. Have fun with your restrictive diet, let me know how that works out over the next few years.0
-
i got hungry reading the no list hahaha (not funny really)
No Chit. Now I want a burger!0 -
Some of these comments are unnecessarily harsh. I don't see the point in being mean. Perhaps it should be clarified that these foods should only be eaten in moderation.0
-
I just got one thing to add, check out my ticker below..... I did that by eating darn near everything on that list... You see what it came down to for me was getting rid of the trigger foods in the beginning until such a time that I could introduce them again in moderation and fit them into my caloric intake. So I don't deprive myself anymore of any food that I want to enjoy.. Far as I am concerned this list is pure crap, nothing against you or anyone else if you feel the need to restrict then by all means go right ahead but I won't be giving up my Pop tarts and chocolate milk for breakfast anytime soon or anything else for that matter... lol Best of Luck....0
-
Sorry everyone, but I try to not "cut" any foods out of my diet (I still eat chocolate and coffee). I end up with severe cravings and then go on a huge binge-- not worth it for me-- glad if it works for other people though.0
