    Seriously? And what are your credentials? Cycling makes you skinny fat? What a joke. The people I cycle with are anything BUT skinny fat. Please stop bashing what you clearly don't know.

    He said NOTHING about CYCLING. He said "spin class"...and I agree with him on that. It's actually the reason I stopped going to spin. 99% of the catabolic junkies in a spin class NEVER touch a real bike, where using your whole body to maintain balance and posture while pedaling yields far different results than pounding one's quads through a 45 minute long anaerobic lung-busting muscle-eating sprint.

    If you're gonna flame the poster, at least flame something they actually said.
