Read this thread in the first instance:

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/113609-relatively-light-people-trying-to-get-leaner

Alternatively, if you are already relatively lean (say 17% BF as a woman) then you could try "The Stubborn Body Fat Solution" by Lyle McDonald.

Also, while I don't really like this article a huge amount (intellectually) it may put some of your issues in context:

    http://members.rachelcosgrove.com/public/The_Final_Nail_in_the_Cardio_Coffin.cfm

(please be warned: I have a penis.)

Bumping my own post so it doesn't get lost in the melee.

    Good lord.

The Queen Dizzle has spoken, I must step down from the thrown and leave. Take care! It's been fun (not really).

And you picked someone up a little while ago about *their* spelling...

Lets try this again since you have a problem with comprehension. I FIT somewhere in which I made reference to an appearance. Don't you wonder WHICH one I fit with? Who ever said anything about the Jewish religion? BTW, there are many other groups of people other than four int he world. There are old, there are young ,there are heavy, there are mentally challenged, there are hispanic, there are tall, there are short, there are dwarfs, there are red heads, . . .do I really need to explain this to you? It could take all night.

Actually, I think you're the one with the comprehension problem. So I will spell it out for you. Since you have been in this thread. You have insulted multiple people and groups of people. So many in fact that all you have left to insult is the Jewish people. And I'm sure at some point you will take care of that too. Is good enough or do I have to go even slower?

Excuse me? What is misspelled? I didn't "pick them up" as you stated. We are on the Internet in different places. I can't pick her up, plus she would probably be to heavy for me to pick up.

LOL! That would be correct, "throne". And she said, "I picked her up". How would I pick her up? I don't get it.

As you asked, I assume that I will not get in trouble for correcting someone's grammar, which, by the way, is against the forum rules. It is throne, not thrown.

How ironic that the final words of wisdom on this thread have to come from someone called sociopath!

No one is going to, "get you in trouble". Relax!

I don't care how she spells it. I just find it ironic.

In order to better understand why you made this comment, pick up a Psychology Today Magazine or Google this: "Whatever we don't own about ourselves we project onto other people. We see only that which we are".

A quote by Einstein: "A question which sometimes drives me hazy, am I or are the others crazy?"

I am from England originally, it's just a turn of phrase. I assume your reading skills are such that you can work out what I mean from the context.

If we were on the same side of the world, I'd have THRONE you overboard.

Too bad he's a guy. His hormones work way differently. That would never work for a woman.

If you "didn't care" we wouldn't have had to hear you comment on it. We know you cared. Don't lie. Actions speak louder than words.

As much as you like the word, "ironic'. You'v e used it more than I have used my quote.

I made the comment because of the irony, not the actual spelling. I see context misses you a lot.

So, how should I interpret it?
    That's up to you.

I do like that word, yes.

Maybe it is just that you are not very good at getting your point across.

It could well be that I am not good at getting my point across to you, yes. I obviously need to explain things more.

I like that when Sara uses ironic, it's actually relevant. Can't say the same about summer and her dribble though.
