I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA so I know what Primanti Bros. is and its great! I also have done the fries on salads (and its amazing!). I love the Kielbasi sandwiches at the hockey arena, Quaker Steak and Lube wings, and De Luca's in the strip for breakfast. All of these are calorie disasters.

I now live in Cleveland, OH (ugh) and we have a restaurant called Melt and they serve amazing, huge grilled cheese sandwiches. They make all different kinds with different fillers and everyone of them has been amazing. We have not been there in 3 months (nothing is calorie friendly) but I will go back someday.

DO NOT hate on CLE!!! jk :)

I haven't been to Melt yet, but I am DYING to go!

Yeah. Don't hate on Cleveland! :grumble:

If any of you ever visited Nebraska, you might have heard of a Runza. It's a sandwich made out of beef, cabbage, spices. It's delicious! Some people don't like it for whatever reason, but I go to Runza at least once a week to get the sandwich. Every now and then I'll get a hamburger which is just as good, too.

I'm from Hull, a industrial City in East Yorkshire. We have something called a pattie, its potato, onion and stage with battery. Its deep fried and you usually get them from Chip Shops. Even most of England doesn't know what they are.

NJ has pork roll. Though it's recently made it's way to other parts of the country.

Is that anything like Taylor ham?

Born in Philly, lots of hole in the wall great eateries in south Philly. One dish I think MFP would like in moderation of course, is something called a Jambutta or affectionally known as the Jam Butt especially if you ate the whole thing. It was a Egg quiche made with all greens spinach, broccoli, asparagus, peppers and any other good veggies found in the kitchen. Quiche was about 2" thick

If Millie's is still on Army Post Road in Des Moines, you gotta go there. The tenderloins are dinner plate size. Mayo and pickles....
