    Okay Here you go....

    Monday 600 calories burned doing treadmill for 40mins and elipical, could of burned more as I did some heavy duty house cleaning but not sure how many calories was burned.

  • Definitely in, gonna be walking over the Manhattan Bridge with my cousin as well as walking around the city for a few hours, that usually burns me about 1500 calories in just one day!
