every day----100 squats or 100 warrior 3 poses and a 3 minute plank
:bigsmile: I took a break today from logging food and exercise but still walked over 20,000 steps and ate only food that i would normally eat.0 -

Finally did some cleaning. Well it was more getting rid of old junk. The vacuum stayed comfortably stored in the closet0 -

8/1 - jogged 1 mile (for the first time in my life!!!!) & worked on arms with some dumbbells (30lbs total)
8/2 - jogged 1.5 mile (for the first time in my life!!!!!) shooting for 2 straight miles next time!

8/1 - 60 min on the Eliptical, 60 min on the Stationary bike, 2sets of 15 chin ups (assisted, only pulling 90lbs)
8/2 - 120 min on the treadmill, 30 min on the Stationary bike
8/3 - rest
8/4 - 60 min walking, 65 min of slow walking, Ab crunches (2 sets of 15 reps), Abdominal leg raise (1set of 10 reps and 2 sets of 15 reps), Push ups (3 sets of 10 reps), oblique crunches(2 sets of 15 reps)0 -

Updating to try to get these all on one page instead of new posts for each day:
8/1 - Turbo Sculpt DVD which is a 40 minute workout.
8/2 - 40 minute walk with my hubby.
8/3 - 30 minute bike ride with my hubby. 91 degrees out at 7:30 pm when we rode bikes. This weather is crazy hot!
8/4 - 40 minute walk with my hubby. Another hot one outside.
8/5 - 45 minutes of yard work and then tonight will be going on a 45 minute bike ride with my hubby.0 -

:flowerforyou: we have unusually hot weather today so the dogs didn't want to be outside for long and i didn't want to work in the yard for long so my exercise was in 10-15 minute stretches except for the early morning dog walk when it was cool
:flowerforyou: I watched the women's marathon at the Olympics. I have over 21,000 steps on my pedometer but compared to the marathon runners, I feel like a couch potato. :laugh: :laugh:0 -

8/1 - Lifted weights (military press, bent rows & pull ups) & walked 3 miles
8/2 - Elliptical (20 minutes) & walked 3 miles outside
8/3 - Lifted Weights (ATG Squats, bench press, deadlifts & dips) & walked 3 miles outside
8/4 - Pool fun all day
