I've decided to try Intermittent Farting. You basically skip breakfast, then you Fart, Intermittently. Most common practice is the 16/8 IF plan where you hold it for 16 seconds then you rip one for 8 seconds. The other alternative method of IF is called Fart, Stop, Fart, but that's more of an alternate day plan.

    Yes, you should also say "HOFMELKER" when pushing.

    You should absolutely incorporate a cheat day where you still fart, you just don't count them.

    Should I fart just as hard both days? Or should I try littler farts the first days and then increase them in intervals?

    I prefer one continous fart that lasts for my entire waking hours. Keeps the metabolism going, and makes public speaking awkward.

    His farts must never get very gusty. I dunno bout you guys but I could probably take down a house with this thing after all this IF farting I've been doing. I recommend it.

    I find that the results are better after eating Polish sausages. Not only 1000 cals burnt but instant privacy too!!
