I am starting again. The thing of it is that I am at a stand still. I have done WW, Curves, walking or biking and I couldn't lose the weight. But on a positive note I didn't gain either. So doing the research found my Thyroid is off. Just enough for a doctor to say your OK. Well I found some vitamins to help balance this out and started this program to help. I really like how it is working for me. I am not going into it fist flying and gun hoe. One good habit at a time. Tracking my meals, adding a few minutes of exercise day. Taking on day at a time to change habits.0

On the Jillian Michaels workout that I did yeterday, she said, "If you remember the WHY, you can tolerate the HOW!" I thought that was an excellent idea. I get so focused on the horrors of the HOW that I forget the benefits of the WHY.0 -

On the Jillian Michaels workout that I did yeterday, she said, "If you remember the WHY, you can tolerate the HOW!" I thought that was an excellent idea. I get so focused on the horrors of the HOW that I forget the benefits of the WHY.
