I'm glad to see that so many of you h ave been keeping up. I've been out of town for the last week. Now I'm back to "real" life. I'm afraid that a big part of me wants to eat junk today (as an unfortunate continuation of the junk that I've been eating all day) and I keep thinking, "It's just one more day". I will not fall for that. Reality is NOW!0 -

I am starting again. The thing of it is that I am at a stand still. I have done WW, Curves, walking or biking and I couldn't lose the weight. But on a positive note I didn't gain either. So doing the research found my Thyroid is off. Just enough for a doctor to say your OK. Well I found some vitamins to help balance this out and started this program to help. I really like how it is working for me. I am not going into it fist flying and gun hoe. One good habit at a time. Tracking my meals, adding a few minutes of exercise day. Taking on day at a time to change habits.0
