I have had these shots in my back a couple of times and it really hurts for the first few days after getting the shot and then you should feel better than you have in a really long time. Hang in there it will get better with time. Watch those carbs they can be mean to you when it comes to your sugar.

I see you were at Texas Roadhouse. So I though you were from Texas. as I am. but still you are from a great state. I love eating there. I wish I could eat as much as you and still lose weight.
    Have a good day. Marie

Thanks Marie....the dogs have a charmed life I suppose as they are always walked at least 3 times a day...except I generally eat more and drink considerably more (red wine is my demon)...so now I've cut down on the food and cut out the drink I'm hoping......!!!

Jack Rusells are real fun aren't they...I have a collie cross GSD so she's very high energy, and a little patterdale terier who loves to be into everything and manages to keep up with the big one, even though her legs are so much smaller!

I've been at work this morning so my partner did the early walk so its just 2 for me today...would be nce if it wasn't so bloomin cold!!
    xx
