Chocolate strawberry smoothie.
1 serving cup of astro fat free strawberry yogurt
4 frozen strawberries
3/4 cup soy milk

porridge (oatmeal to you!!) made with water, half a scoop of chocolate protein powder, tablespoon of no added sugar PB and quarter of a banana!!! it was DELICIOUS!!!! oh and a cup of tea of course I am English!!!! lol0

Homemade protein pancake (made with egg, protein powder and banana) topped with peanut butter and sliced strawberries. Washed down with a glass of milk. I vary it a bit depending on what my exercise will be for the day but my typical breakfast is about 500 calories...I will go 600+ if I'm doing a long run that morning. I love breakfast, my favorite meal of the day!0
