    5 pieces of kale, juice of half a lemon, stevia, hot water - blended up .. yummy healthy drink. Also, a slice of ginger and juice of half a lemon with boiling water is my morning tea.

    1/2c blueberries
    1/2c raspberries
    1/2c strawberres
    All fruit frozen
    2c spinach
    2tbsp psyllium husk
    2tbsp hemp seed hearts
    1/2c prune juice
    1c coconut water

    Blend and drink! Its a lot of calories, but its nutritionally jam-packed with goodness!
