    Spinach, mushroom and tomato 2 egg omelet and a double espresso. I'd just been for a run and still felt hungry afterwards so had a shake of frozen soya milk and banana. Kept me going till mid afternoon!

    I had some coffee with cream only (I usually have sugar but I decided not to today.. and it wasn't so bad!) 1/2 cup Quaker Quick Oats with brown sugar. 220 cal all together I think!
    Can anyone recommend a good flavored coffee creamer that doesn't have a lot of sugar?

    Just discovered Kashi Go Lean high-protein, high-fiber cereal! 13 grams of protein, ten grams of fiber, and only 6 grams of sugar! I ate it with unsweetened Blue Diamond coconut and almond milk blend. 180 calories including milk.

    3 cage free eggs scrambled, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese and a cut up Roma tomato on top. Chocolate protein shake to wash it all down with.

    Is the Cookies and Cream flavor good on it's own? I want to try their different flavors, but am afraid of it not being very good and stuck with a tub of protein I will never use.
    I think it's pretty good, I like it better than the chocolate peanut butter casein from ON.
