Tough running week this week. Tried out a Galloway-style run on Wednesday and messed up my right foot. Dumb idea to make my first run/walk run a 10K... too much too soon. (And as it would happen, I didn't really enjoy the enforced run/walk interval stuff anyway).
So, a slightly lighter week than originally planned... 93 miles just isn't going to happen, so I'm setting my sights on a good week of moderate running and hoping for 75 by the end of the month.
Week 1: 7.1 miles
Week 2: 22.2 miles
Week 3: 11.5 miles
Week 4:
9/18: 3.0 miles
9/19: 6.4 miles
9/22: 4.6 miles
9/23: 3.6 miles
Week 4 Total: 17.6
Month to Date Total: 58.4 miles

Hi Sheri - I got you on the sheet and at 54.5 miles (it will round up to 55) - so perhaps try to do a refresh on you browser, I think you are looking at the old spreadsheet. Let me know if you still don't see your correct mileage...0 -
