Thanks! I had my first half marathon on Sept 9 and thought I would not be running so far but I think I would like to have a go at my second half on 14 Oct so had to up the mileage again :bigsmile:0 -

Ok, so I desperately missed that target this month. I haven't run since I last logged, but with everything going on, it couldn't be helped.
I have a 10k race on Sunday, I may not be able to log it.
I do plan on running while on vacation but probably won't be able to log until mid-October. If you can put me down anyway, I'll catch up when I get home.
My new neighbor has conned me into a spring marathon so I *will* start picking this up again.0 -

Seven miles today, figures that the humidity would come back on the day I have to go farther. Run felt good though. I'm up to 103.2 MTD, should have no trouble making goal.0

Had serious doubts about completing my goal mileage with lingering 100 plus temperatures. Used the downtime to replace my trusty 'ol Iron*an watch with a newer model that surprised me with a flashing light/noise alarm... easy to find at 'o- dark-hundred!
