60 minutes on the elliptical and a walk with the dogs.
  • Just started yesterday - so I guess I'm new here!
I like running and am training for a 10K in November. Today I jogged to a short hill (8 minutes) and then ran 1 warm up (to the top in under 1 minute). Then I set a goal baed on the warm up - I wanted to run to the top in under 50 seconds as many times as I could. Once I wore out enough to not be able to hit that mark, I called that my "cool down". So I ran 5 under 50's and 2 under 60's (the warmup and cool down). Then I jogged home. It kicked my booty. If you like it - try it! C-ya.

Beer curls and walking lunges to the fridge to get more beer for my beer curls, lol.

ok ok.....I weight trained and did some cardio. Not nearly as fun as the beer curls would have been but much better for me:)

    Love it! :drinker:
  • I did about an hour of walking...would have done more but just spent 16hrs on my feet walking at work!

I have a question....if i start my walk at 11:30pm....and it ends well after midnight....which day should it be logged?

It doesn't really matter, because your body doesn't live on a strict 24 hr clock, but when this question is asked, more people say whatever you do before you go to sleep gets logged as that day's food/activity. So you can log it as Tuesday's exercise.
