How much water do you drink a day, be honest.

I don't keep track but I drink tons of water - whenever I'm thirsty. I'm either taking or teaching one or two dance classes every day, too, and I take a big water bottle and refill it at least once whenever I'm at the studio. I'd say I average 10+ glasses per day.
I'm thankful that my parents raised me to quench my thirst with water, I just don't understand when people say they don't like water. It doesn't taste like anything! It just makes you not feel thirsty anymore.0 -
anywhere from 2- 24 cups of liquid. not always plain water, but i count tea, coffee, hot cocoa, i use mio occasionally and vitamin waters.0
-
2 small glasses every couple of days when I'm real thirsty...if I have a water bottle its completely different about 3litres...don't drink much water though0
-
anywhere between 10-15 cups usually. Some days I'll drink more, some days I'll drink less. Weekends I tend to drink other things haha, but during the week definitely at least 10-150
-
Not nearly as much as I should, I am addicted to green tea. Less than a glass per day.0

3 to 4- 20 ounces bottles, does anyone know if skim milk is counted as water intake?0
-
11C per day0
-
6-8 glasses, I do not count any drinks that I mix up with water. only plain water do I count0

I drink a Gallon of water a day. When I workout extra hard I probably go up to Gallon and a half a day. Weekends are about the same... if I don't drink water I feel like crap. Plus if I drink all my water I am allowed to have a diet coke at night. Usually, I am to full and don't want the diet coke anyways!0

Slim to none.0

Plain water about 9-13 cups a day or 3-24 oz (at very least) bottles, during the work week. During off days not as much... about 6-9 cups on average.
I don't count the diet soda or hot tea with sweetener and milk that I drink however.0 -
Between 4-6 24oz a day.0

about 96-128 ounces. I have a water bottle that is 32 ounces and I usually drink 3-4 of them a day.
THIS^^^ I do this 75-80% of the time.
Funny story...I somehow forgot that my bottle held 32 oz, and for months I had it in my head that it only held 24 oz. I was still logging 12+ glasses of water a day! One day I somehow managed to drink like 200 oz!0 -
Weekdays minimum 128 oz, I typically fill my 32 bottle at least 4 times, Weekends usually around 100 oz.0

Honestly?
Umm somewhere between 3-5liters a day... Sometimes more depending on training...
Soda? Also around 2 litre a day... Coffee? About 1.5-2litre a day, green tea about 1litre a day....
Yep, that about my fluid intake..0 -
eh plain none. i drink alot with mio though!!!!!!!!!!!0

At least the 8 recommended cups at 8 oz a piece (64 oz) Sometimes it is more. I always get in the plain regular water before I drink something else in the day to make sure I get it all in. After I may have some water with MIO or perhaps a glass of green tea.0

I drink 8-20 oz in the morning and then I have a 72 oz bottle on my desk that I fill up which takes me throughout the day. Plus I have 20 oz when I do my evening workout.
Sometimes I make it and sometimes I don't...but when I don't, I know have at least 60-80 oz during the day.0 -
One cup = 8 oz. I drink 8-10 cups of water every day. I would never ingest artificial chemical sweeteners in my water.0
-
I usually drink around 8-10 cups a day (8oz cups) not counting green/black tea or coffee.0
-
3 to 4- 20 ounces bottles, does anyone know if skim milk is counted as water intake?
Only plain water is counted as water intake or plain water with a fruit slice or something like that. I was taught this from a nutritionist.0 -
60-70oz straight outta the tap. :drinker:
...well, I mean, I drink it from a glass...
I try to drink from a straw 'cause I seem to drink more, faster that way and not fall behind.
Also, the more water I drink, the less food I consume. I try to drink a glass before I eat each meal and then have my glass, cup, water bottle, whatever handy all day to gulp from.0 -
Usually 4 -16.9oz of bottled water a day. When I drink brewed green tea, 16-32oz, I include that in my water count, as well.0

Between 11am and 5pm, I've conditioned myself to get up EVERY HOUR from my desk and fill my glass, which is a 24 oz. I'm a classical singer on the side, so I've always been used to lots of water. On the average day, consume usually about 120 oz.0
-
At least 8 glasses a day, but if I included all the water I drink at night 12-15 glasses. I love cold water!0
-
10 or more depends on my workout.0

I'm like an elephant and big water drinker...always have been! I consume at a minimum of one gallon a day~often times more.
The ol' rule that I always knew to be true was: drink at least 8/8oz glasses of water a day. I learned something new a month ago...
A good rule of thumb via fitness trainers at my gym: A person should consume 24-32oz of water by 9am, 12pm, 3pm & 6pm daily! Another simple rule is: drink half your body weight in ounces of water. (i.e. if you weigh 200 lbs~drink 100 oz of water daily). Filtered or spring water and green tea can be counted. Adding lemon and/or Stevia may enhance the flavor. The "sweetened" drinks are adding artificial ingredients and/or sugars which are not healthy. Do not exceed 5 gallons of water in a day-it depletes your electrolytes and can be dangerous.
Hope this information is helpful! Just remember that WATER is the number one key important ingredient to successful weight loss, fitness and health!!!0 -
I mindlessly sip on water at my desk all day. I like that I have to get up and walk to get more water and get rid of some water. I usually drink between 64-80oz per day.0
-
2 months ago i could easily drink 12 small bottles of water a day but I was constantly going to the toilet. Now i drink about 6/7 bottles a day (including a bottle i go through at bedtime) plus green tea (about 2/3 mugs a day)0
