Today was a 6am outdoor bootcamp, followed by a 30 minute bike ride to work and on my way home I will be stopping in at the gym for a 45 minute cardio workout. I ate Dorito's last night and feel guilty!0

K-4 plyo's for an hour - was planning kickboxing so that was a bit of depressing moment when I saw it was my killer day instead!0

Today walking upstairs for 5 mins.
I have just started this myfitnesspal site so I'm starting slow.
My plan is to increase my upstairs walking by 5 mins each day. I only count the amount of time I'm actually walking upstairs. This doesn't count the time I'm walking back down.
Not to mention I walk quite a bit throughout the day. My plan 2morrow is to go walking for 4 hours.

Legs, legs, and more legs.
Leg press, V Squat, Iso-lateral leg press, calf press using the leg press station, leg extensions, and leg curls for me today. A rarified personal best on every one as well!0 -
did 8*400s at 3K pace with a 1.5 mile warm up and cool down (roughly 7 miles)
knocked out 200 pushups and walked a couple miles0 -
11.2km run. Will do the same tomorrow depending on my hip, if it hurts I'll just make sure I go later when it does not.... I hope. If not....Zumba0

I walked on the treadmill at 3.7 moderate pace for 30 minutes. I'm so proud even though it isn't that much time or sipped. It takes energy to motivate myself to get to the gym in the first place and secondly actually stay until my workout is complete. Small successes will eventually make big ones, right?.. Congrats to everyone for doing some fitness activity today of your choice.0

I forgot to post last night. I did NROLFW Special Workout A, using the weights I started out with (12#), and you're supposed to do as many reps as you can.
Squats - 100 (stopped because I was bored)
Push-ups - 32
Dumbbell Bent-over Row - 56
Step-ups - 100 (stopped because I was bored)
Prone jackknives - 19 (stopped because my water was making it's way back up)
Today I'm doing Burlesque by Jazzercise. In about 2 minutes. My thighs are freakin' killing me!0 -

I ran for the longest and farthest yet, today. That was 4.5 miles in 45 minutes! Just 7 months ago I couldn't even run for a solid 2 minutes. I'm feeling great!0

Today I did 50 minutes of Zumba, 100 push-ups, 300 jumping jacks, 100 arm circles with 5lb weights and 150 deep lunges......:huh:0
