    I'm definitely in! I've been lacking in the exercise area over the last week due to some medical issues, but I think I've just been using that as an excuse. This will help me get back on target and get moving again.

    I have an outpatient procedure on Thursday, so for this week I am putting my goal at 180.

    Tue: 40 minutes - treadmill brisk walking 4.0mph and intermittent jogging 2.5 mph
