    Today's various exercises include (fyi i base my diet around being sedentary since my activity level varies so wildly)

    1 hour of walking in circles (approx 3mph) - lunging horses haha
    trimming 3 horses feet - takes anywhere between 1 hr 30 and 2 hrs, depending on behaviour
    grooming, feeding and watering my 5 personal horses by hand (good hour of grooming alone there)
    HOPEFULLY going for a nightime ride like i did yesterday. the flies will already be out by the time im done lunging :(

    tried out the. hase pino recumbent tandem with my hubby. included lots of walking through wintery forest and was great fun :)

    20 minutes of cardio intervals (running, burpees, high knees, x jumps, etc)
    30 minutes of heavy weights (deadlifts, biceps, triceps)
    10 minutes of recovery yoga

    20 minutes of jogging with my dog.

    Tomorrow is a simple spin class. I better see a loss this week, dag nab it!

    weights (legs and glutes), 1 mile run, 30 day shred, and I just got back from a Jazzercise class.

    3 mile run, then 35 minute stretch (trying to get my 900 minutes in for the FCC)
