    15 min on stair master for a mile and half, then tread mill doing a random hill for a hour for a 3 mile total. try to average 3-4 miles every day.

    Shuttle run, kettle bell swings, bear crawl and dumbbell push ups/row was the main event. Some jump rope, burpees and farmers wlk got the blood flowing. Finished with some nice stretching/yoga.
