    Weights and cardio. Chest, back, arms and legs, then the cardio glide because my knees are bothering me and I didn't want to pound them by running.

    30 minutes arc trainer hill interval level ten with weight vest
    30 minutes free weights various upper and lower body moves and crunches.

    So far today I have worked with my husband cleaning out the garage. This included moving/lifting heavy boxes, emptying boxes, carrying things inside or to the trash....lots of activity there. Hoping to get in some treadmill time or a dvd later today.

    6mph avg run with the dog 36 mins....yesterday was much faster and further dont know why
