Good afternoon all.
Breakfast Eggs and veggies. Coffee Toast
Lunch::laugh: turkey sandwich, 1/2 c fresh fruit salad, tea
Dinner Steak , baked potato. salad , Tea
Bedtime snack:::tongue: Yogurt0 -
Breakfast - 2/3 cup of steamed edamame & 2 slices of turkey lunch meat.
Lunch - nigiri sushi (4 salmon & 4 tuna)
Dinner - chef salad
Snack - i haven't had one yet today, nothing sounds good even though I'm hungry0 -
Good morning. Looks like it slowed down again.
Breakfast: Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Latte and a slice of reduced fat Banana and Chocolate chip coffee cake.
Lunch: Homemade ham, potato and cabbage soup
Snack: Hardboiled egg (gotta eat the Easter eggs that my son made). P90X protein bar and protein shake.
Dinner: None tonight is a late night with practice and then P90X afterwards. By the time I finish all that it is to close to bedtime to eat.
Post workout: Protein shake.0 -

Breakfast: slice of cheese, 1 scrambled egg, 3 egg whites, all on a multi-grain english muffin
Lunch: pepper turkey, cheese, olive oil mayo, lettuce, on 2 slices light wheat bread, baby carrots, homemade coleslaw (with cranberries and walnuts yum!), red velvet light yogurt
Dinner: grilled portobello "buger" with provolone, pesto mayo, lettuce, on a sandwich thin, homemade spicy sweet potato fries, ketchup, more slaw probably
Snack: Undecided...0 -

L: leftover pizza (ugh, don't even know why I bought it...)

Breakfast - Banana (I usually eat more then this, i just lost track of time)
Lunch - 1 can tuna with 1tbs light mayo
27 whole wheat cheez-its
15 baby carrots
Dinner- 1 Turkey Sausage
1/2 cup stove top stuffing
1 cup salad (maybe i haven't decided fully on the veggie)
Snack - either yogurt or a low fat cheese stick.0 -

1 cup of Kashi cereal with a splash of milk.
1/8 cup of raisins
Lunch:
6 meat and vegtable dumplings
1/4 cup of raisins
half bottle of vitamin water
Around 550 calories so far.
I'm hoping for pasta for dinner.0 -
not sure what's for dinner, going to bbq. breakfast was no oil sautee veggies with two eggs scrambled in with salsa and a little cheese; lunch was a pita pocket with a little cheese and ceviche in it. Now I'm baking no salt homemade sweet potato fries!!!0

Lunch: tuna salad sandwich (a little light mayo, sweet relish, cranberries, slivered almonds) on light wheat bread, 1 mini bag of lime popcorn, baby carrots
Snack: apple turnover yogurt
Dinner: homemade sloppy joe on a sandwich thin with cheese, baked fries, ketchup, 1/2 cup of steamed veggies

I too have to go grocery shopping, so today was sort of...weird.

Snack: Apple slices
Lunch: (Here comes potluck, hahaha) Two slices of white bread with mustard, half a slice of muenster cheese, a cheese stick, and peach yogurt
Snack: Apple slices again!
Dinner: Not sure yet. But I'm thinking it'll probably be a can of soup. Or a lean cuisine. Or maybe "potluck" again.
Can't wait to go grocery shopping, because I've just bought a great cookbook! Burgers, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, chocolate cake, cookies, baked "fried" chicken, and all sort of soups and salads. Mexican, italian, "comfort foods". All in my calorie and fat gram range! If you're wondering, it's "Taste of Home: Everyday light meals." GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY!0 -
Breakfast: Fiber One pancakes with vanilla protein powder mixed in (I'm addicted to these right now); one whole egg and two egg whites scrambled
Snack: Apple with 1Tbs peanut butter
Lunch: Turkey sandwich, 1/2 serving of All Bran crackers, 60 calorie chocolate pudding
Post workout: Chocolate milk
Dinner: Will be spaghetti with mom's homemade sauce (YUM!)
Snack tonight depends on if I eat garlic bread with my dinner or not - hard to resist bread0 -

Here's what today is looking like - @least it is the plan so far....
Breakfast - a 90 calorie Special K breakfast bar and a banana.
Lunch - whatever Lean cuisine I pulled out of the freezer at 5:40 am as I left for work.
...some kind of snacks through out today - i have under 100 calore snacks above my desk - for whenever I can get to them .
Dinner- my husband put some ribs in a slow cooker before leaving for work this am. Whatevere else is going with them - I have no idea? i will see when I get home- hopefully I willbe home by 6pm today.
Yeah - MFP is a bit of a struggle- but I do try!0 -

Today was my run day so I got to eat a bit more calories than usual.
Breakfast: Protein pancakes with a little syrup, bacon, scrambled eggs (one whole, one white)
Snack: Apple with peanut butter
Lunch: Large salad with grilled chicken
Dinner: BBQ beef on whole wheat bun, chips, veggies with dip, little bit of coleslaw
Snack: 60 calorie chocolate pudding cup, 4 nilla wafers0 -
Early Snack: 1/2 Clif bar
B: Everything bagel thin w/poached egg and laughing cow
MS: Cliff Honey Graham bar
L: leftover cayenne shrimp stir fry
S: banana blackberry smoothie
Chicken black bean quesadilla (home roasted chicken breast, reduced sodium black beans, lowfat sharp cheddar, 98% fat free tortillas)0 -
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, wheat toast, milk
Snack: apple with peanut butter
Lunch: left over bbq beef, raw veggies
Snack: 60 cal pudding cup (Couldn't help myself. I was craving chocolate and this kept me from eating candy on the table at work.)
Dinner: Subway turkey sandwich, baked lays (I have class tonight and this is my usual)
Snack: banana and a glass of milk0 -
Breakfast: cottage cheese and SF jello
Lunch: Jay robb's chocolate protein shake
Snack: 1/2 peanut butter sandwich tea.
Supper Franks and, cold slaw green beans

Hello.
Breakfast: 1/4 cup multigrain cheerios, 3/4 cup of kashi honey puffs, 1/4 cup of fiber one bran, 3/4 cup of Almond breeze. (I like to mix all of my cereals. :P)
Lunch: 2 slices of pizza. (Took the kindergarteners from school to chuck e cheeses and that was all they were serving unless I paid extra which I'm low on cash. =.=)
snack: 1 cup of yogurt with a bit of sugarfree preserves mixed in.
Dinner: Chili Dog. (Another bad choice. ><)
After: some hershey's kisses.
I did pretty horrible today, but tomorrow will be better....hopefully0 -

Lunch: Egg Salad (One full egg, one egg white, 1tbs mayo, 2tsp mustard), deli flat, wheat cheez-its and carrots
Dinner: Turkey burger w/cheese and ketchup, steamed broccoli and 1/2 cup rice0 -
I think I did much better today. :P
Breakfast: 1 cup dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt, 1/2 banana, strawberries, and 1/4 cup fiber one bran. 2 cups of coffee..
Lunch: Albacore tuna sandwich, freeze dried bananas and strawberries, 100 calorie pack of cocoa roast almonds.
Snack: 3/4 cup of frozen grapes, 2 strawberries, and a couple nuts.
Dinner: Haven't gotten to that yet, but there are pinto beans cooking with hamhocks, onions and such in the crockpot.
Went through a lot of gum today as well..0 -

Supper: chicken taco with lettuce and tomatoes. tea

3:00 AM 1/2 peanut butter sandwich

Afternoon snack: 100 cal reeces pack
Dinner: tuna/salmon sashimi and some of a 'rock and roll' sushi roll and some of an oyster roll from Nagoya.0
