Woot! Broke through into the 120s! My "normal" weight (post-college) is about 128, so I'm nearly there. 18 pounds gone total since January!

Well, my very first weigh in for the group and I have a gain to report. I did not do well this weekend. I didn't have get out and do my C25K for some reason. Sunday was the worst I have been in a while.
Luckily, I only had a 1 pound gain. I am now at 184. Need to step it up this week.0 -
I lost 2 more this week. Slow and steady!0

My weight is stil the same, which is awesome considering I haven't been totally focused on losing.
