    I did not go to the gym because it was closing early, leaving me just enough time.
    All well and good, but found my push bike had been nicked when I went out, so had to report that etc.
    Wasn't an amazing bike, but it was all kitted out for cheap transportation around town. Not impressed as broke at the moment too.

    So, instead, I comfort ate for the rest of the day, because I suck like that.

    Didn't get to work out because I'm recovering from the flu. No energy, not feeling too hot at all. However, have managed to be at my lowest weight due to this illness.... won't count it though. Sucks not being able to exercise or eat what I want. Happy New Year all!

    Proud of myself because it was a long day at work and I sure didn't want to work out once I got to the hotel, but I "just did it".

    1. 5 minutes of tabata rope work.
    2. 20 Kettle Bell squat swings with a 25 pound kettle bell.
    3. 12 minutes on the bike. (medium pace, so/so on the resistance)

    Half marathon training yesterday of 9 miles meant that today was a rest day. I did walk the dog a combined 3 miles, but that was it. Sad, I know.

    Had to take the leg work easy today since I have a New Year's Day 5k in the morning. Did 25 minutes on the stair machine, 1 hour or strength training on weight machines, then 25 minutes on reclined bicycle.
