    I burned 503 calories doing 75 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Circuit - cardio - HIIT (30 - 30 - 15)"... Then tonight another 300 or so cleaning up and boxing all the Christmas stuff. I'm one tired mama now....

    I completed Jillian Michaels Body Revolution today! Todays workout was Phase 3 Cardio 3 and I burned 400cals in 30min according to my HRM. A great way to end the year...completed my first 90-day program! So very proud of myself this year.

    Did 65 min on the eliptical at 8 incline & 8 resistance (622 cal burned) 50 crunches, 10 min of yoga/stretching and some wall pushups! Looking forward to more of the same in 2013!

    I went on my scooter to a basketball court, then I played around the world with my friend, then I went home walking. :D
    It was all very fun! :D

    Went for a brisk walk to the River Park and back. Rediscovering walking is enjoyable, so I will be doing this oftener. Maybe that's a good resolution for the new year.

    I went for a 40-ish minute walk with some jogging sprinkled in. Then I went to the gym for 35 minutes to get an upper body workout. Then I went out and refused to pay for parking so I had to walk about a mile each way (that wasn't for exercise, though, I'm just cheap!).
