Either a Carnation instant breakfast packet in 2 cups of skim milk, or a french vanilla generic slimfast. Depends on whether I'm feeling chocolate or vanilla that morning. I LOATHE mornings, so quick and easy is key!
Edit: oops! cals: Carnation 290, slimfast 180-200 depending on brand0 -

5 cups coffee with a splash of skim milk and 2 Splenda per cup. One half of an egg white omelette made with 2 whole eggs (whites only), 6 slices of thin deli turkey, about a 1/4 cup of red onion, and one slice regular American cheese (what they have here) all done up on a griddle with nonstick spray instead of oil. It is really very yummy all for 181 calories and 19 grams protein; within my 10:1 ratio!!0
