            Cathe Friedrichs cardio leg blast!! it is plyometrics for the leg with some weights in between great cardio and leg workout when i did thisone last week i could hardly walk!! yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa love it0

            I started stage 3 of NROLFW tonight. Way too long of a workout for me (80 minutes, and that was without finishing the bodyweight matrix). I wasn't even done and it was past my bedtime. I'm going to try shortening the breaks, which seem ridiculously long (105 seconds), to 60 and see if that makes a big difference. I just hope I can walk tomorrow! :bigsmile:0

            A drum power dance class and then a toning class. Next time I will do a toning class and then cardio afterwards. My energy was running very low lifting those weights.0

Keep mixing it up and it makes it not even seem like working out0 - 
            A couple of Blogilates youtube videos (today I did back and arm workout, and some ab work), followed by 30 minutes of running/walking on the treadmill!0
