Took a rest day yesterday, and today my thighs still burn from doing squats to the kickboxing video on monday, lol

I find that kickboxing & turbo kick (especially turbo kick) burn a TON of cals!!! ....they are highly energetic & a lotta fun! Both are favorite go to cardio activities that I've been doing lately.
I try & make sure to fit the classes that they have at my gym into my sched at least twice a week ....But if you don't have a gym or your gym doesn't offer these type of classes I found that Gaiam has a lottta good video options that I LOVE (can't go wrong w/any of 'em really) OR I also really love Violet Zaki's cardio kick & kickboxing DVDs.
Basically, just find something you really love & have fun with. This is just one thing that I love & has really worked well for me.

I find that kickboxing & turbo kick (especially turbo kick) burn a TON of cals!!! ....they are highly energetic & a lotta fun! Both are favorite go to cardio activities that I've been doing lately.
