    I fell short this week but I am trying again next week and I am attempting to make up the 285 i missed this week. So onto week 2!!!

    GOAL- 3500

    Monday- Walking 300+ 30 day shred 309= 609
    Tuesday- Walking 347+ 30 day shred 200= 547
    Wednesday- Walking 376+ 30 day shred 200= 576
    Thursday- REST
    Friday- REST
    Saturday- Insanity 450+ Walking 423= 873
    Sunday- Insanity 400+ walking 210= 610

    Total burned- 3215
    Left to go- 285
  • Week 1 ( will shoot for 2,500 this week, since I already skipped Tues. and Wed.)

    Monday............= 499 Calories........22 minute workout on my Incline treadmill
    Tuesday..........= nada
    Wednesday....= nada
    Thursday........= 504 Calories........22 minutes workout on my incline treadmill. Finally broke the 500 calorie burn. Average heart rate was 138 with a high of 159.
    Friday..............= 506 Calories........22 minutes on my mountain climber treadmill..At 30-40% incline for at least 12 minutes of the workout. Waited to the last minute. But got this workout in by 12:30 am Saturday. But will count it as Friday..LOL!!!

    Saturday.........= Nada...Kept procrastinating and got too tired later in the evening..
    Sunday...........= 651 Calories.......34:43 minutes....Usual 22 minute vigorous workout topped with a 12 minute plus 142 calorie burn...

    Total 2160 ( will try to get in a 340 calorie workout Sunday night)

    Tues: 692 = AM workout - 254 - HIIT / PM workout - 438 - 3.5 mph @ 4/8% incline
    Wed: 487 = 3m @ 5mph, squats/lunges/pushups - 45 min
    Thur: sick
    Fri: sick
    Sat: 976 = 5.25 miles@4.8mph, 1m @ 3.5 mph/ 4% incline, cool down -86 min
    Sun: 611 = Fitness Blenders HIIT & strength training - 61 min

    Ruff week, scale hasnt moved since Dec22nd...Im going to start a new work out routine next week, i think my body is used to this same ol, same ol. Im hoping to jump start my metabolism again and get out of this plateau. Never the less, it was Dec and i have stayed the same, but now its time to start losing again. Look out Week 10!

    Yeah I hit goal and burned an additional 524 calories!!
