Week 1 ( will shoot for 2,500 this week, since I already skipped Tues. and Wed.)
Monday............= 499 Calories........22 minute workout on my Incline treadmill
Tuesday..........= nada
Wednesday....= nada
Thursday........= 504 Calories........22 minutes workout on my incline treadmill. Finally broke the 500 calorie burn. Average heart rate was 138 with a high of 159.
Friday..............= 506 Calories........22 minutes on my mountain climber treadmill..At 30-40% incline for at least 12 minutes of the workout. Waited to the last minute. But got this workout in by 12:30 am Saturday. But will count it as Friday..LOL!!!
Saturday.........= Nada...Kept procrastinating and got too tired later in the evening..
Sunday...........= 651 Calories.......34:43 minutes....Usual 22 minute vigorous workout topped with a 12 minute plus 142 calorie burn...
Sunday Night..= 250 Calories.... Took the dog for a 40 minute walk...
Total 2410........90 calories short..I'll go 90 calories over next week..LOL!!!
