Hi guys! Going to try and be more active on here again. I didn't have a laptop at home for the past year! Was doing everything via my Galaxy! lol!
I have logged exercise of course.
I just realized..it's been over 5 years since I started my "lifestyle change" and started the weight-loss process that would end up being 135 lbs down in 16 months. This January will be 4 years since I met my goal weight. I went through a pregnancy and a nasty divorce after that. And I'm still going strong. Keep it going!!

Just read your post about 4 years of successful maintenance, and loved your quote

For me, the hardest thing was to realise that I have to eat enough - I lost a lot of weight quickly eating well, didn't starve myself as I have done in the past.0 -

What a fab post ....just what i needed , i am in my first week and first 4 days easy but i just couldnt focus today and just ate rubbish that i didnt even want ...reading this has made me realise that i have alot to learn and thankyou for posting it . Tomorrow is going to be a great day0
