I forgot to post the last 2. Sunday I did NROLFW Stage 3, workout A4. Last night I did 52 minutes of kickboxing class. I'm taking a break tonight because my cold is trying to make its way into my chest, and I'm trying to prevent that. I might change my mind if I don't feel so crappy when I get home tonight.0

I should really be on or close to stage 6 by now. I've fallen behind since my daughter came home in December. I did do Stage 4, A1 last night, though! I packed my running stuff, but it's supposed to snow, so I might have to find something else to do tonight.0
