I weigh myself everyday as soon as I wake up and mark it on a calendar right in front of the digital scale. Some people say its bad to weigh yourself everyday but I understand that weight does fluctuate and around a certain time of the month I do get bloated. I am seeing changes though and I feel AMAZING, and that's what keeps me going plus I have awesome support! I've lost about 7 lbs since the beginning of the year and that number will continue to get bigger cause I'm not gonna give up. Feel free to send a friend request if you're looking for support!!0

I have lost 12 pounds! and a few inches here and there! Also I lost a bad habit! I stopped drinking diet coke! only 30 days in but im doing well!!!!0

30 days in and have lost 12.4... Always looking for buddys to keep me motivated. Just discovered the message boards yesterday and have already learned a lot (went out and bought a food scale today!).0
