Why so much on elliptical? I had ankle surgery a couple of years ago and ever since, I guess my gait has been off because my knee is bothering me. On the treadmill, it will click with every step I take. After an hour of that, I have to come home and ice it So, the elliptical and bike are the only things right now that don't bother my knee.0 -
