Well, I'm workin' on it. I currently weigh around 163 and I am 5'5", so I do still have fat I want to get rid of. I've been lifting heavy since September of 2012, so I have a ways to go yet.

I started only about 5-6 weeks ago & am naturally athletic. I get a lot of comments on my arms.
Stats: 5' tall, 116lbs
Squat: 105lbs
Deadlift: 95lbs
Overhead press: 50lbs
Leg press: 360lbs
Row: 110lbs
Lat Pull-down: 90lbs
Hoping I remember how to post pics. I don't have a recent one in street clothes though.

I see Sara already fixed it, but you need [i m g] in front of the url, and [/i m g] at the end (but without spaces). You were close.0 -
Thank you for fixing it!0

Great work ladies. This thread is amazing.0 -
Thank you all for posting! Will def start lifting heavy as soon as I finish this round of Insanity. You are inspirational!!
Morebean, your FL is right! Posting the stats does inspire others! I feel just about ready to ditch my scale and solely measure my progress with measurements and progression with lifting.0 -
I lift with dumbbells ranging from 5-15 lbs. it feels challenging to me but im not the strongest girl lol

< --- Total Beast!
But seriously, I'm stronger and I'm a faster runner now that I switched from high rep, low weight to low rep, high weight. I highly recommend heavy lifting for women!0 -
Okay, yeah, some might call me bulky... but I am a beginner when it comes to lifting and I've been a cardio junkie/runner/martial artist for the last 15 years. I just started lifting in October and while I've gotten stronger, I haven't gotten any bigger. So if lifting makes you bulky, well just being can make you bulky too... just saying. It's genetics to some degree.
