Haha yeah right. I live off rib eye when I can afford it and I'm losing weight like crazy. I have to substitute butter for my fat when I eat leaner cuts or I get bingey after a couple of days.
I actually do avoid most of the rest (I'll kill anyone who takes my coffee away, though), because it works very well for me.
Oh, and is it just me or did it miss a crucial piece of info on alcohol, namely those evil, evil alcohol munchies?0 -
It mostly makes sense....but when I see a huge @$$ list of things I can't have--including the all time favorite onion-and-white-flour bagel sitting next to me--something cringes in my head and makes me want to say F*&% YOU!!! NOM TIME!!!

This TOTALLY SUCKS! I love my sugar free gum! However, I don't eat anything else on this list (At least anymore). The things on this list is what got my fat *kitten* on here in the first place! The devil! LOL0

I get why salted nuts are bad, because of the salt and all.
But at what point do we not eat foods and then start eating nothing. I use Almonds as a snack at work to curb the trips to the snack machine. I figure Fiber + Protein > Carb right?0 -

You will pry my burgers from my cold, dead hands. And my chocolate too.
And I use whipping cream and coconut oil in my coffee. I like fat. And chocolate. And hamburgers (although I make them with ground turkey)... and I eat them with pickles, darn it. And full fat mayo. Oy. I'm going to hell.0
