Well im changing my goal to 100 for the week... my week was horrible work at 5am all week and incredibly sleepy after and then a hurt foot on top of standing all day.. wasnt in the mood to exercise at all.. plus all the stress of my a hole boss... today was my first day off so of coarse i exercised... geeze i have to incorporate this exercise into my work week no matter how tored stressed or hurt i am....

Well I'm changing my goal to something realistic for me... which is 20 mins a day, 5 days a week.. so a total of 100 mins a week
