I understand the thigh gap advantage, and I've always wanted one of those!!!! But why is it called a 'cleanse'? Will it remove toxins from my fat cells?0

I was watching Dr Oz and he said that you have to get the strawberry pop tarts with frosting, freeze them then use the icing from the toaster strudels. Otherwise it doesn't work.
Your body will have to heat up the frozen pop tart burning tons of fat and leaving all your muscle intact and the icing will help get all the "gunk" off your intestinal walls. If you eat 10/day you will lose 15 lbs over the weekend easy.0 -

i've purchased the strawberry flavored Pop Tart cleanse (without icing) in the large box, so it should work twice as well.
how many do i eat in order to jump start my metabolism?
should i drink milk with it, or will dairy jump start my metabolism too much?
